Exceptions are the invitations and the wedding favors for which there should be prior consultation and there should be a suitable time limit.
Customized orders and their value are non-refundable.
If the customer wants to return the product he bought, he must change it in kind as money is not refundable.

We do the best we can to keep our online store up to date. However, there is a possibility that the items that appear to be available have been sold out in a certain number or color. In this case, we undertake your restoration, returning your money back.
